As the leading global non-profit employment resource for women, our mission is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and life.
Our mission is more than providing clothing to those in need. While this is a big piece of what we do, empowering our ladies with knowledge, a strong mind-set, a positive vision for the future, and technical skills to get them started is what we are about.
