The Summer Market Fundraiser is more than a shopping event. It is an opportunity for our community to come together and help preserve the Inventory Closet that serves hundreds of women throughout the year while supporting the vital programs that empower women to thrive in life and at work.

Our Inventory Closet is one of the most important resources we provide. Through this fundraiser, we hope to raise critical funds to help maintain our inventory space , and support pivotal workforce development programs that help women build confidence, financial stability, and long-term success.

Vendor Application– Please complete this form by June 18, 2026 and adhere to the following requirements:
For a Family Fun Event, vendor criteria should ensure that participating vendors align with the event’s mission, provide a positive experience for attendees, and maintain safety and professionalism.
Vendor Eligibility– Vendors must offer products, services, or activities that are family-friendly and appropriate for all ages, including: Arts and crafts Health and wellness services Children’s activities and educational resources Community organizations and nonprofit agencies Local artisans and handmade goods Home-based businesses Food and beverage vendors Retail merchandise suitable for families
Prohibited Items: The following products or services are not permitted. Alcoholic beverages (unless specifically approved by the event organizer) Tobacco, vaping, or nicotine products Firearms, weapons, or weapon-related merchandise Adult-themed products or services Political campaign materials Illegal or counterfeit products
Vendor Requirements– All vendors must: Complete a vendor application here and submit payment by the stated deadline. Provide a detailed description of products and services to be sold or displayed. Obtain all necessary licenses, permits, insurance, and certifications required by local, state, and federal regulations. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Vendors must provide their own table, tablecloth, and chairs. Company logo by June 18, 2026 Donation received by June 18, 2026
Food Vendor Requirements – Food vendors must: Possess current health department permits and licenses. Follow all food handling and sanitation regulations. Provide proof of insurance if required. Supply their own food preparation equipment and waste disposal containers.
Booth Presentation – Vendors are expected to: Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming booth. Display products in an organized manner. Keep all materials within the assigned booth space. Refrain from excessive noise, aggressive sales tactics, or disruptive behavior.
Safety Requirements –Vendors must: Keep walkways clear and accessible. Secure tents, displays, and equipment properly. Follow all emergency procedures provided by event staff. Supervise any interactive activities involving children.
Vendor Selection Process –Applications will be reviewed based on: Relevance to the event theme. Variety of products and services offered. Quality and professionalism of presentation. Space availability. Compliance with all event requirements.
Event Organizer Rights – Applications will be reviewed based on The event organizer reserves the right to Approve or deny any vendor application. Limit the number of vendors in a particular category. Request removal of items deemed inappropriate. Reassign booth locations as necessary.
